Waitress was amazing, friendly and professional. Food was spot on and delicious. It was our first time here and worth the drive from Athens, TN. We will be back again.
Fries and burger way over cooked fries were hard. Guy working in back was touching peoples food with his be hands . Saw that when we were paying bill. Won't be going back. Told waitress about good, she took a dollar off our bill..lol
Reply to...I can't recall name of waitress since it's been sometime, but it wasn't really just her..mostly her but entire staff was socializing with friends and on phones. Cooks were slow as well. Pretty slow day with only 3 to 4 tables of guest at that time too which was hard to understand why. Not just one person can make a business which seemed to be the biggest disappointment since we would eat here very often. But since than we've not returned due to feeling like we weren't welcomed. Staff as a whole at that time should be addressed and checked on when owners or managers are away, they could be contributing to these problems as well. As someone with business degree, I'd be watching closer on my staff and weed out those that aren't team players and don't care how unwelcome customers feel. Otherwise we use to love this place and pray that these problems are corrected for the sake of the business and when and if we return. Thank you for your reply and time.

Fantastic pizza (get the anchovies!) and great service. The outdoor seating is a great spot to spend a warm and breezy evening if you find yourself in Madisonville.
Slow...waitress talked with friends and ate...never got refilled on 1st drinks and never asked how we were Or checked on us....everyone doing nothing
