Horrendous customer service. I wanted to switch from Verizon. I will definitely not be doing that now.

Today my sim card glitched out so I went to upgrade to a new phone. (returning customer) I put my name on the waiting list at 2:45. A man came in at 2:55 and was immediately helped. Two managers lingering around the back but neither offered help. At 3:25 I walked out....having to excuse myself to get past three (3) employees talking at the door. 20plus years with US Cellular....worst customer service I have ever received.
