*Starting from the beginning, the outside lot of the apartments is littered constantly with children's toys of the Manager's immediate family and even if you mention something about it, nothing is done.
Way too expensive for the location and the looks of the place, from the outside. It looks like it would be affordable but when you call about it you find out it is very high priced and the price varies by month.
So yes, move in New Adventure's Apartments, but be warned, the only adventure you'll be going on is moving shortly after.
*The wooden walkways outside the apartments are falling apart and are a constant threat with rusted nails and sharp pieces of wood ready to poke your feet and living on the second story, feels like you're going to fall through them.
The only other review about this place is completely correct, the Manager for New Adventures Apartments is a plainly terrible person.
*The apartments themselves are barely maintained, enough to keep major appliances working and that's it. They aren't even properly wired for the basic cable included with the rent. That's another issue, the rent is $800 a month for a tiny apartment.
The person I spoke with sounded very condescending and rude over the phone. Almost making me feel stupid for making an inquiry on the apartment. I'll be praying for this person to have a better attitude toward inquires.
