Horrible company! My parents used this company for home insurance for 35 years! They never had to file a claim. They received a letter threatening to drop their insurance last year due to things being stored on their carport. We pitched in as a family to clean it up. It was not good enough and they received a letter last week telling them their insurance could not be renewed! Funny thing after we did as we were told for them to keep the insurance. My parents live in the mountains, not some sub division!
