Worst experience ever. Girl didn't know what she was doing depending on the other hair stylist to tell her what to do. Completely messed up my hair bleached it tried coloring it after and aged me 10 years. I had to spend another $100+ to have it fixed by someone who knew what they were doing. Shouldn't offer services if the people don't know how to do them. I contacted corporate and of course they aren't going to give me my money back but they should. I could have done a better job myself. Don't go there for coloring unless you just don't care about your hair.
