I love Blair’s! From flowers to boutique clothes and everything in between, they always have just the perfect thing! Blair’s Bokay is my go to for a gift for any occasion, and if one store doesn’t have something, they’ll send stock from either the Madisonville or Etowah location. Blair’s is definitely my favorite place to shop.
I called the store directly days before mother's day (I prefer to work with the store directly with the local store and not use Teleflora or 1.800). I spoke to a woman (did not note the name) on the phone and asked for something modern - used the examples from their website (see pics) including the Spring Romance Bouquet, Garden Parade and Fashionista Blooms. I said I wanted to spend between $50 and $70. She said she could make a really nice spring bouquet. So apparently that is all she wrote down on my sheet and this is what my mom received. What a dissapointment! And they charged me $70 - carnations and daisies mostly with a couple of Gerber daisies and that is definitely not a modern vase or bow. I could not believe it! Not even any roses for $70 - like the picture on their website. I called and spoke to Pam. And while she refunded me the money there was no interest in finding out what happened or apologizing for the mistake. I used to send flowers from this store 2-3 times per year as we live out of town and will never us them again. People make mistakes but it is all how you manage and fix the mistake. What an overall disappointment!
