I have to take my Mother and Grandmother here and they treat a number not a person and does not listen to the person being seen nor their own labs. Almost killed my Grandmother she ended up in icu over labs not being looked at and it was listed going the wrong way for a year. Wait time is 2 or 3 hours
I went in for a sleeping issue I've dealt with my whole life. Instead of prescribing me my usual sedative that always works, the nurse prescribed be an antidepressant. If I was made aware that I was being prescribed an antidepressant during my visit, I could have told them about the bad reactions I have to them. I feel like I was not listened to at my visit and they where just pushing some crazy new pharmaceutical on me.
They were quick and to the point. Took care of my issue without drugs.
